060: Breaking Out of Autopilot & Living a High-Vibe Artistic Life with painter/poet David Lesinski
Today we get to have a chat with painter and poet, David Lesinski. Ever since Marisa Molina nominated him for the show, I've had my eye on how he's showing up in the world for a several weeks now and I can tell you that today's conversation has the potential to be a hugely life-changing for you, especially if you're an artist. I'm really excited about this one.
David has a mission to provide people with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to evolve themselves to great states of health and happiness so they can live a fulfilling life and go out and impact the world in a positive way. In the past, David provided this support as as a special education teacher, yoga instructor, meditation teacher, Ayurvedic-based emotional wellness coach and all that. Now, he gets to help people heal and evolve using his Paintings and Poetry...
Today he and I chat about how to break out of autopilot, why us artists shouldn't just stack our metaphorical (or literal) paintings in the garage for no one to see, and how important it is to nurture a high-vibe environment as an artist. I'm fairly certain you're gonna love David's kind and direct wisdom as much as I do.
