Welcome to episode 17 featuring my conversation with Bari Tessler!

Bari is a Financial Therapist, Mentor Coach and Mama-preneur. Bari’s gentle, body-centered approach weaves together personal, couple, and creative entrepreneurial money teachings into one complete tapestry. She is an author of the book The Art of Money and the founder of a global, year-long money school by the same name. Both the book and her program integrates Money Healing, Money Practices and Money Maps.

Her work has been featured on Oprah.com, the Huffington Post and in US News & World Report, Reuters Money, The Fiscal Times, Experience Life Magazine, Yogi Times, Best Self Magazine and Emerging Women.

She and I had such a great conversation, There's so much ground we covered. I know I personally needed a good week to digest everything she and I discussed.

Today she and I start talking about where she learned about this concept of value, self-valuation, and how we measure and exchange value interpersonally. We also share our own respective stories of having to make the super tough decisions to walk away from something when it's just not right. We talked about how money and wealth is never a quick fix. We talk about what it means to "feel" your decisions with your body and sooo much more.

This conversation automatically puts Bari onto my wall of heroes. I'm pretty sure that by the end of this conversation, you'll agree with me.
