Sara Avant Stover is with us today! This month in the School of Bravery and on the podcast we're focusing on the bravery ingredient of Context, specifically as it pertains to being vulnerable.

When I gave Sara a couple topics to choose from, she actually picked this topic, so get ready for some powerful and introspective looks at how context plays a role in our bravery and ability to be honest and vulnerable with others and within ourselves.

Sara Avant Stover is a teacher of feminine spirituality and empowerment, bestselling author, and founder of The Way of the Happy Woman. She mentions this a briefly in our conversation today, but after a cancer scare in her early twenties, Sara moved to Thailand, embarked on a decade-long healing and spiritual odyssey throughout Asia.

She has gone on to uplift tens of thousands of women worldwide. Sara has also been featured in Yoga Journal, the Huffington Post, Newsweek, Natural Health, and on ABC, NBC, and CBS. I'm really excited to have her here with us today.

I know you'll appreciate her calm and grounded presence throughout the whole conversation, which is completely appropriate (context, yes?) because what we later land on is the importance of silence and listening in the midst of Seasons of Bravery.

I'm so pleased to present Sara Avant Stover...
